Our current delivery days are Fridays and Sundays and will be between 10am and 6pm. Please specify which day you’d prefer in the delivery notes.

We cannot guarantee delivery within a set timeframe if requested, but we will try to accommodate any requests where possible.

  • Out-of-stock products can be back ordered. This will be displayed on applicable products.
  • Aquariums are Shipped Direct from the Manufacturer within 5-10 Working Days with a £75 Delivery Charge.

Shipping & Returns

Before placing your order with us please note that not every item will be available for delivery. If an item is not available for delivery, its product page will state this. If a product is on back order, this will take an additional 3-5 days and the product page will reflect this. Every product is available to be collected from our store.

Contract of Sale & Price

Where possible all our prices are correct at the time of publishing, however sometimes mistakes are made with pricing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if a price is incorrect and a full refund will be issued.

Free Delivery is available for orders over £75 excluding some postcodes, aquariums and heavier fragile items.

Collection

Our store is located in Farnworth, Bolton should you wish to use Click & Collect. Please choose it as a delivery option at checkout and contact us to arrange your collection.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery on orders over £25 and within 6 miles of the shop. This is limited to postcodes beginning in BL1, BL2, BL3, BL4, BL5, BL6, BL7 8, BL8, BL9, M17, M25, M26, M27, M28, M29, M30, M38, M45, M46, M50 and M6. Our current delivery days are Fridays and Sundays and will be between 10am and 6pm.

Changes to your order

Should you wish to add or edit an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate and include it with your existing order. If your existing order has already been dispatched, we may charge an additional delivery fee.

Price Match

We will try to price match where we can, but this will be at our discretion. We cannot price match other stores’ sale/discounted items. We cannot price match websites like Amazon and eBay.

Delivery

We will primarily use Royal Mail, UPS and DPD. Aquariums shipped directly from the supplier will use their own delivery service. Before dispatching corals we will arrange a suitable delivery date with you first in order to prevent them being left in the delivery system any longer than necessary.

Dead on Arrival or Damaged Parcels

Someone must be present to sign for deliveries of live goods. We ship all our corals by 2pm via a courier. We cannot be responsible for DOA when the product has been returned to the sorting office because you were not in to sign for the item or if the courier service is late delivering, livestock is sent at buyer’s risk.

In the event of a DOA you must contact us within 4 hours of delivery at info@justmarines.co.uk

We then require photographic proof within 8 hours of the DOA item, and sometimes we will require the item is returned to us.
Please ensure you photograph any damaged packaging as it may be required for claims against the courier for mishandling your parcel. Where possible, please mark items as damaged with the courier upon signing for any parcels.

Dry Goods

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the receipt.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as live and frozen food cannot be returned.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited back to the original funding source. This can take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank. We will always initiate the refund at the earliest opportunity.

Exchanges (Where applicable)

Exchanges will only be on damaged or defective items. Should you require an exchange please contact us at info@justmarines.co.uk

Shipping a returned product

To return your product, please send it to ‘Just Marine Aquatics, 5k Long causeway, Farnworth, Bolton, BL49BS’.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please include your original order number and contact details.
